The two forms on the contact page send what you type in them. Nothing on this website asks for card details.

In practice that is a short list: a name, an email address, the page you are writing about or the order ID you are writing under, and whatever goes in the message box. It is used to answer you, and then it sits in the correspondence record with the rest of the desk’s mail.

Writing straight to [email protected] reaches the same place by a different route and brings whatever your own mail program attaches to a message. Ringing +1 (302) 200-3480 with an order ID puts the call on the order record instead, which is a fulfilment record rather than anything this website holds.

Web servers write requests down: which page was asked for, when, which browser asked and the network address it came from. That happens on every website anybody visits and it happens here. Those entries are operational, they are not filed under a name, and nothing on this website turns them into a profile of a reader.

The other half of the list is the more useful one. No card number, expiry date or security code is typed into anything on this website. There is no account, no password and no login. There is no mailing list to join, and no address that arrives here is passed to anybody for marketing.

Two things look like collection and are not. The telephone number and the email address printed across these pages are links: following one opens your own dialler or your own mail program, and nothing is recorded here when you tap it. The order buttons are links as well, and they carry none of your details across, because at that point this website holds none.

An order record and a correspondence record are different things kept for different reasons, and they are not merged into one. The first holds what was bought, when, which pack, which lot and where it went. The second holds what you wrote and what was written back.

Every order button here hands off to the seller's checkout, which takes the payment and is governed by its own terms rather than by this page.

The moment worth watching is the one where the address bar changes. Everything before it is this website. Everything after it belongs to the seller’s checkout, including the form that asks for the card and the page that confirms the order.

What that checkout collects is the ordinary set an order needs: a name, a delivery address, an email address for the confirmation, and the payment details themselves. It is the party that holds them and the party a question about them goes to. Order support here can look an order up by its ID; it cannot see, and this desk does not store, the card that paid for it.

Written plainly: no card details are entered on this website. That is a statement about where the form sits rather than a claim about anyone else’s security arrangements, and it is phrased that way on purpose, because the second kind of claim is not one a retail desk is in a position to make.

A carrier is the third party in the chain and needs the delivery address to bring the parcel. The tracking number that comes back travels in the order email, which is also where the order ID lives.

One practical consequence is worth knowing before you click. If something goes wrong at the checkout, a card declined, an address mistyped, a charge you do not recognise, that sits between the checkout’s own system and your bank. Say which of the three you want: a copy of what is held, a correction to something wrong inside it, or deletion. Include the email address the record would be filed under, because that is the key everything here is sorted by, and the order ID if there is one.

The plainer version: these pages set no cookie of their own. There is no analytics tag, no advertising pixel, no social widget and no consent banner, because there is nothing here to consent to. A page on this website is markup, one stylesheet, the images, and a small script that fades sections in as you scroll past them.

Your browser will still cache the stylesheet and the pictures, which is how a second visit loads quickly. That is a file on your own machine rather than a record on anybody else’s.

Once you cross to the seller’s checkout the rules change with the domain. That system runs a basket and an order, so it sets what a basket and an order need, and its own notice is the one that governs it.

Nothing on this website needs a browser setting changed to work. Block what you like: the panel, the prices, the addresses and the telephone number all still render.

One thing does cross the boundary and it is better named than implied. Following an order button tells the seller’s checkout which page you arrived from, the way following any link tells any website that. It carries nothing else, because there is nothing else here to carry.
