The most common question here is what the amounts mean, and the answer is the reference intake printed beside each one.

Every figure on the panel is per serving, and a serving is two gummies. That is also a day, because the instruction on the bottle is two a day. So the amounts are daily amounts, and nothing on this website halves one to describe a single gummy.

Read against the Daily Values, six of the thirteen come in under a full day’s worth: vitamin C at about a fifth, zinc about a quarter, iodine between a quarter and a third, vitamin E and vitamin D about half, vitamin A about two thirds. Four sit at or just over the reference, folate, B12, B6 and pantothenic acid. And one is why the product exists in this category at all: biotin at 5,000 mcg, roughly 167 times the 30 mcg an adult is judged to need.

Two amounts sit outside that comparison entirely. Choline is printed as 0.04 mg, which is forty micrograms beside a Daily Value of 550 milligrams: a trace. Inositol has no Daily Value at all, because the rule that sets them does not name it, so its 40 mcg has no published reference to sit against.

“Does the panel tell me everything?” is the other regular question. It gives thirteen names and thirteen amounts, which is fuller than most of this shelf manages. What it settles is what goes into a serving. What no panel settles is what the finished product does, and that is true of every bottle in the category rather than only this one.

And one about form rather than figures. These are chewable gummies rather than capsules, tablets or a powder, so they are chewed rather than swallowed whole, and the full glass of water in the instruction is there to be drunk alongside them rather than to wash anything down.

The two that come up most are why there is no single bottle and what the shipping charge on the two-bottle pack comes to.

On the first: the seller lists three packs and no single bottle, so the smallest order is two at $158. Three are $207 and six are $294, which works out at $79, $69 and $49 a bottle. Read off the seller’s order page on 19 September 2026.

On the second: three- and six-bottle orders carry free US shipping. The two-bottle pack is shown with shipping added and the amount appears at the checkout rather than before it, so this desk prints no figure in its place. The checkout shows the total before a card is asked for.

Divided by the 30 days a bottle holds at two gummies, that is $2.63 a day on two bottles, $2.30 on three and $1.63 on six. The arithmetic is the label’s own: 60 gummies on the front of the jar, two a day on the back.

The crossed-out figures of $358, $537 and $1,074 are the seller’s own comparison prices. They are printed as that, and no saving and no percentage is worked out from them anywhere on this website.

Six bonus titles come with three and six bottles, each carrying a value the seller states. The titles are listed with those values attributed; this desk has opened none of the six, so nothing here describes what is inside them.

“Can I buy one bottle to try it?” Not from the seller, because no single bottle is listed. The nearest thing to a trial is the two-bottle pack: sixty days of gummies against a 60-day window, and it is the window rather than the pack size that makes a first order recoverable.

The date that counts is the purchase date on your confirmation email rather than the day the parcel arrived. The 60 days run from the first of those.

“Do I have to ring?” Yes, and it is the step people skip. The call is what puts a return on the record against your order. A parcel that turns up unannounced is bottles in a box with nothing to match them to.

“Do the bottles have to be unopened?” No. The seller asks for at least 30 days of use before a request, which is a request for the opposite. Send back what you have.

“Who pays the postage?” The buyer, and a tracked service is the one worth using: the tracking number is the only proof the parcel arrived. It goes to the returns address in New York, which is a different address from the office on this page.

“When does the money land?” 3 to 5 business days after the return is credited for the refund to be issued, then 5 to 10 days more before the card shows it. Two clocks, one after the other, and both start once the parcel has arrived.

“What if I ordered six bottles and stopped at two?” Send back what you have. The order is one purchase made on one date, and the window belongs to the order rather than to each bottle inside it.
