Two sentences from the seller’s own FAQ, one after the other in the same answer, quoted exactly as written.

The first sets the window at sixty days from the date of purchase. The second sets when a request can be made: after at least thirty days of use.

Together they leave roughly a month in which to decide and act. The same two sentences written out as dates.

Both are the seller’s and both sit inside one answer. Read side by side they describe a single window with two clocks in it: sixty days counted from the date of purchase, and thirty days of use counted from the first gummy.

Those two clocks do not start on the same day. The purchase clock starts when the payment goes through. The use clock cannot start until the jar is in your hand, and the days in between belong to the post. Sixty days less thirty days of use leaves about a month in which the decision falls due, and whatever a parcel spends in transit comes out of that month rather than out of the thirty days.

Subtraction is the whole of that: two figures the seller prints, one taken from the other. It is worth having because the date that counts is the one on the payment, while the phrase most people carry away from the answer is the one with two full months in it.

Which leaves one thing to write down on day one. Whichever day the payment clears is day one of sixty, and the thirtieth day of taking the gummies is the earliest a request fits the wording. A buyer who knows both dates has everything the seller’s own answer asks for.

What the window covers is the purchase. It is the seller’s undertaking to return the money for an order made through its checkout, claimed on one telephone number with one order ID, and it applies the same way to two bottles, three or six.

It sits reasonably against how long this category takes to judge. Buyers on this desk most often describe 3–6 weeks before they form a view, and the thirty days of use the seller asks for falls inside that band rather than beyond it, so the condition is asking for about as long as the product needs anyway. Which is why the day a claim goes in matters more than it looks. A request made on the fifty-ninth day still has a parcel to post and a credit to wait for, all of it after the window has shut. A request made once the thirtieth day of use has passed has the rest of the month behind it.

The seller’s wording sets the earliest day a request fits and the calendar sets the latest day it is comfortable, so the stretch between the thirtieth day of use and the sixtieth day from purchase is the room the answer leaves. That is the stretch to act in.

On a calendar it looks like this. Say the payment clears on the first of a month: day sixty falls at the end of the month after it. If the parcel takes a week, the first gummy is on the eighth and the thirtieth day of taking them lands on the seventh of the following month. What is left between that date and the end of the window is the room to decide in, and it is three weeks or so rather than four. Nothing in that is a rule; it is the seller’s two figures put on a calendar.
