JournalGelagen Refund and Cancel Order: A Paper-Trail Checklist
Ring order support on +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order ID first. Then post the bottles back, tracked, with your name, email and order ID inside, to the returns address in New York. The guarantee runs 60 days from purchase and asks for 30 days of use. Return postage is yours.

Knowing the exit first is sensible; the order page shows the pack totals and the guarantee wording before you commit.

What does the Gelagen 60-day guarantee say?
The seller’s own FAQ gives the guarantee in two sentences, one after the other. We quote them exactly, as the seller’s words. First: “Gelagen is backed by an unconditional 60-day guarantee from the date of purchase. That means you have two full months to test the product at your own pace.”
Second: “If, after at least 30 days of use, you are not completely satisfied with the results, the product, or your overall experience, simply contact us.”
Read side by side, they describe one window with two clocks in it. Sixty days are counted from the payment. Thirty days of use are counted from the first gummy. Sixty less thirty leaves about a month to decide and act, and any time the parcel spends in the post comes out of that month. Money-back is a purchase policy. It is not a medical promise.
What should you keep before and after you order?
A claim runs on paper. Keep these, and a return takes minutes. Lose them, and it can take an afternoon.
- The order confirmation email. It holds the order ID, the purchase date and, later, the tracking number.
- The purchase date written somewhere you will find it, with the order ID beside it.
- A photo of the base of the jar, where the lot code and best-before date are stamped, and of the front label.
- The postage receipt and tracking number for any return, until the money is on your card.
- A note of the day you started the gummies, because day 30 of use is the earliest a request fits the seller’s wording.
What is the Gelagen customer service phone number, and what does it handle?
Order support is +1 (302) 200-3480. Call it about tracking, changes, cancellations and refunds. It is not a sales line, and nobody takes an order by phone: orders go through the checkout only.
The website email, [email protected], answers questions about these pages, corrections, privacy and press, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm ET. It cannot see orders. A refund request sent there only costs you days.
“I want to return my order. My order ID is [number from the confirmation email]. I bought on [date].” Then ask where to send the parcel and note the answer.
How do you cancel a Gelagen order?
By ringing order support with your order ID. Cancellations belong on that line, not on the website inbox. Do it early, because a change or a cancellation is simpler before a parcel has moved than after it.
We have to be plain about what is not published. The seller prints no cut-off time for a cancellation and no handling time before an order ships. We cannot tell you how long you have. The tracking number in your order email is the live signal that a parcel has moved.
If your confirmation email has not arrived, check the spam folder and then the spelling of the address you typed. A mistyped address is one possible reason, and order support is the line to ask.
What are the refund steps, in order?
- Count your days. Day one is the payment date. Day 30 of use is the earliest your request fits the seller’s FAQ.
- Phone order support, quote the order ID and say you want to send the order back. The return starts with that call.
- Write your full name, the email address on the order and the order ID on a sheet of paper.
- Put the paper in the parcel with the bottles you have. The seller asks for at least 30 days of use first.
- Post it tracked to 500 Park Avenue, Floor 8, New York, NY 10022, USA. You pay the postage.
- Wait for the return to be credited. Then the refund is issued within 3 to 5 business days.
- Wait again. The card shows it 5 to 10 days after that.
How long does the money take?
| Stage | How long | Starts when |
|---|---|---|
| Post to the returns address | As long as the post takes | You post it, after ringing |
| Refund issued | 3 to 5 business days | The return is credited |
| Money appears on the card | 5 to 10 days | The refund is issued |
Business days count working days, so a holiday can stretch the middle step. The last step is counted in ordinary days and belongs to your card issuer. The first stage, the post, has no published length, so add it on top. A return posted on day 59 is valid but arrives as a refund weeks later, which is why we suggest day 45.
If you ordered six bottles and stopped at two, ask order support, on the call, which bottles to send back. The 60 days run from the date of purchase, not from each jar. Posting six costs more than posting three, which is one more reason we suggest three bottles for a first order.
What are the common slip-ups?
- Posting before ringing. Bottles with no call behind them are a parcel nobody can match to a payment.
- Using the office address. Bottles sent to 1740 Broadway have to be forwarded, which adds days.
- Skipping tracking. The tracking number is the only proof a parcel arrived.
- Leaving the paper out. Name, email and order ID are what match the box to a payment.
- Writing to the website inbox. It cannot see orders.
- Waiting until day 59. The window is open, but the calendar is not kind.
What is not published?
Two things are left to the call. The seller does not say whether the shipping charge on a two-bottle order comes back with the purchase price. It also does not set out separate terms for the six digital guides on three- and six-bottle orders. Ask both before the bottles go back.
Handling times, transit times and international shipping are also not published. Our refund policy page and guarantee page carry the seller’s terms.

Our view
The guarantee is a fair offer with its terms on the table. Sixty days is real. The thirty-day condition is real. The buyer pays the postage. None of that is hidden, and none of it is unusual for this shelf, which is why we spell it out and do not hide behind a headline.
Our advice is to treat the refund as a plan, not a panic. Keep the email, write the date, decide on day 45, and ring before you post. Those four habits turn a stressful return into a dull one.
Gelagen counts as a supplement, not a drug, and the FDA has not approved it. The money-back policy covers your purchase, not your health. For hair, nail or skin problems that are new or not settling, see a doctor.

If the exit looks acceptable, the order page shows today’s price and the guarantee together before any card details are asked for.
